How to Raise a Concern
If you're unhappy with our service, this guide explains how to raise your concern with us directly.
Before You Complain
Most issues can be resolved quickly by raising them directly with the solicitor handling your matter. If you'd prefer, you can ask to speak to their supervising partner instead.
How to Raise a Concern With Us
- 1
Gather the details of your concern, including names, dates, and any supporting documents.
- 2
Contact us with your concern so we can log it and assign it to the right person to review.
- 3
We'll acknowledge your concern and let you know when to expect a full response.
If You're Not Satisfied With Our Response
If you remain unhappy after we've responded, you may be able to refer your concern to the Legal Ombudsman, or, in cases involving dishonesty, make a claim on the Compensation Fund.
