Right to Information
You have the right to be given clear information about costs, timescales, and who is handling your matter, before and during your instruction.
Right to a Clear Complaints Procedure
We have a complaints procedure and will tell you how to use it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can raise a concern with us.
Right to Confidentiality
Our solicitors are bound by strict confidentiality rules. Information you share with us should not be disclosed without your permission, except in limited circumstances required by law.
Right to Redress
If you suffer a financial loss because of dishonesty on our part, you may be able to claim from the Compensation Fund.
